Infographic Gallery - Becoming the self I appreciate

Affirm yourselves!
Self-understanding / Becoming the self I appreciate / Distinguish 'immutable facts' from 'areas to be improved' / My ideal self is well-adored by schoolmates, but in reality I only have a few friends. I cannot control whether others like me or not, but I can change my ideal self from being well-adored by schoolmates to insisting on being friendly to others. / Appreciate my own self from different perspectives / If we only evaluate our own selves from a single point of view, such as whether someone likes me or not, we will become very fragile. As life is made up of different aspects, we should affirm ourselves from different perspectives. / Although I may not fit into this group, I could get along well with my family, schoolmates and neighbours. / Affirm my own self with facts / Different from self-aggrandisement, self-affirmation is built on real situations and in line with one's values. / I believe it is very important to keep promises. I remind myself to try to enact my promises the best I can every day. / Affirm my own self through actions / Instead of keeping on telling our selves “I will do well”, it is more effective to affirm our selves through actions. / I see myself getting rid of bad habits through self-discipline and perseverance. I like this hard-working self.
